Dr. Michael Vaughan
I graduated three times from The University of Queensland – as a Bachelor of Arts (1974), as a Master of Social Science (1995) and as a Doctor of Philosophy (2005.) Over a period of 42 years, I worked as a Liaison Officer at the Consulate-General of Japan, Brisbane; as a Clerk in the Department of Trade; as a Tutor of International Relations at The University of Queensland; and as a Research Assistant at Griffith University. My field of specialization is Asian Government with particular reference to China and Japan.
