Mark is the Preparedness Lead – Humanitarian Logistics for Palladium International, Brisbane. He previously performed a program management role with Palladium on another DFAT funded development program and prior to that he served a career in the United States Marines with operational deployments to the Pacific and Middle East including tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. While in the Marines he also completed a regionally focused graduate level study program for Southeast Asia, with subsequent postings to the US Embassies in Jakarta and Manila.

Shelley is Response Director – Humanitarian Logistics for Palladium international based in Brisbane. She has a long history in the international humanitarian sector, building on her 12-year experience in the Royal New Zealand Logistics Regiment, followed by leadership and management roles with the Australian Border Force.
